The Annual Jackson Hole Economic Policy Symposium will undergo this week from Thursday, August 21^st to Saturday, August 23^rd and will feature central bankers from around the world as well as leading macroeconomists and academics. This year’s theme is “Labor Markets in Transition: Demographics, Productivity, and Macroeconomic Policy.” Friday will yield a much-anticipated speech from Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell will serve as an important look into the remainder of 2025 and early 2026’s interest rate course providing updates on inflation and the labor market.
