Comerica has partnered with Worldpay LLC to provide credit card processing. Merchant Services are offered through Comerica Bank. Ancillary services are offered through Worldpay or other service providers and may require a separate agreement with those service providers.

1  Offer valid from 1/1/26 to 1/31/26. Incentive to be paid in the form of $1,000 statement credit upon activation. $1,000 statement credit requires $500,000 of annual processing volume. Incentive to be paid in the form of $400 statement credit upon activation. $400 statement credit requires $100,000 of annual processing volume. Incentive to be paid in the form of $100 statement credit with Fee Assist contract execution and account activation.

Prior to statement credit, $100 or more of qualified Merchant sales must be made. Promotion only available to merchants who establish a new processing account with minimum processing activity.

Statement credits to be issued as a one-time payment within 60 days after verification that all required criteria has been met. Comerica Merchant Services Swipe Simple deals do not qualify. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers and may be amended or discontinued at any time without notice. Requires a standard three-year agreement.
