The Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) announces its monetary policy decision. The FOMC is widely expected to keep the federal funds rate unchanged at 3.50-3.75%. Traders are pricing in about two quarter-point interest-rate cuts this year, with the first one coming early this summer
