Tessa Naroditsky

Tessa Naroditsky is Senior Vice President, Director of Payments Strategy for Comerica Bank. Naroditsky serves as Comerica’s representative on The Clearing House’s RTP Business Committee. 

In her role, Naroditsky provides strategic direction, go-to-market management, and data insights management for all aspects of the Payments businesses. 

Naroditsky’s career has included more than 10 years in the financial services industry. She joined Comerica in December 2023 from Wells Fargo where she was responsible for developing strategies for growth to support the treasury management business and evolve payment solutions to better serve commercial clients. In prior roles, Naroditsky led a change management and business readiness team, drove initiatives to automate enrollment processes and expedite implementation of customer-facing digital banking platforms, built money movement APIs, and developed global payment partnerships and solutions for international clients. 

Naroditsky earned a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in French from the University of California, Los Angeles.
