Nancy Rolland is a Managing Director at Comerica Securities and leads the Investment Bank’s automotive practice. She has spent more than 20 years in investment banking and corporate development, having held senior positions at Focus Investment Banking, AutoNation, and the Starboard group.

Throughout her career, Nancy has advised hundreds of corporations, private equity firms, and family offices on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing activities in a variety of industries including automotive, retail, franchising, manufacturing, and business services.

Nancy graduated from the University of Central Florida and received her MBA from Stetson University.
