Michael D. VanderWeele, is a Senior Vice President, Senior Wealth Advisor at Comerica Wealth Management. With over 30 years of experience, Michael is responsible for the development of new Wealth Management relationships. He works with business owners to provide the following services: comprehensive wealth planning, investment management, private lending, business transition, estate and charitable planning. He acts as the primary relationship manager for high-net-worth client relationships, working with Investment Strategists, Trust Advisors, Fiduciary Strategists and Private Bankers.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Michigan State University and holds a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Wayne State University. In addition, he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. 

Outside of work Michael is a member of the Financial and Estate Planning Council of Detroit, The Evans Scholar Foundation and volunteers on the PGA Golf Tour. He resides in Pleasant Ridge, Michigan with his wife and two children.
