Mark Pacitto is a seasoned banking executive who serves as Vice President, Corporate Escrow & 1031 Team Lead at Comerica Trust. Mr. Pacitto specializes in crafting strategic financial solutions for high-net-worth individuals, business owners and corporations. His expertise encompasses administering complex financial transactions, including representing Comerica as Qualified Intermediary on 1031 exchanges and managing corporate escrow accounts for Mergers & Acquisition holdbacks, contractor retentions, litigation settlements and other customized escrow solutions.
Before joining Comerica, Mr. Pacitto held various leadership positions in banking, including roles at Flagstar Bank, where he was responsible for risk management, credit administration, and the full lifecycle of commercial loans, from origination to servicing. This background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape relevant to businesses and investors.
Mark earned a Master's Degree in Finance from Walsh College and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University. A native of Southeast Michigan, he enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with family.
