As Vice President and Senior SBA Advisor at Comerica Bank, Park specializes in originating SBA 7(a), SBA 504, USDA, and conventional loans across Texas, supporting entrepreneurs and business owners with strategic financing solutions tailored to their growth goals.

Park rejoined Comerica in 2016 after previously serving with the bank for a decade earlier in his career. His extensive background includes leadership roles at TransPecos Banks, Southwest Securities, and BMC Capital, where he consistently delivered results in commercial lending and SBA origination.

Known for his deep product knowledge and client-first approach, Park has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in the Texas business community. His territory spans San Antonio, Austin, Fort Worth, and Kerrville, where he works closely with clients to structure long-term financing for owner-occupied real estate, equipment purchases, and business acquisitions.

A graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Finance, Park also studied business at Lamar University, where he was active in ROTC and the Rifle Team.
