Gerard Snover

Jerry Snover is the National Manager of the Trust Real Estate Group made up of a team of real estate asset managers and administrators managing real estate asset in fiduciary accounts around the country. Jerry started his career with Comerica in 2015 managing a real estate portfolio holding commercial and residential properties throughout Northeastern U.S. He has been a leader in sale/acquisition activities, asset compliance, and in navigating the complexities of High-Net-Worth and sensitive accounts. His experience is pulled from having served as a fiduciary real estate asset manager with other large institutions prior to Comerica.

Jerry has over 20 years of experience managing fiduciary accounts holding real estate properties, and prior to joining Comerica and working with fiduciary assets, Jerry served as a licensed real estate appraiser, as well as a commercial real estate leasing/sales agent.

Jerry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Union College in Schenectady, NY. In his free time, he enjoys playing and listening to music, as well as hiking in his hometown of Easton, CT.
