Chris Wrench is Senior Vice President, Senior Wealth Advisor, with Comerica Wealth Management. He specializes in working with high-net-worth families and founders of privately-held companies to develop comprehensive custom solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Chris focuses on pre-transaction planning, investment management, custom lending, estate and wealth transfer planning, cash flow analysis, risk management and charitable planning.

Prior to joining Comerica, Chris was a Wealth Advisor for Wells Fargo Private Bank, where he led a local team of specialists to build planning-based strategies for successful families and key executives. He coached and led national initiatives across the firm to improve on the client and employee experience and served as subject matter expert on matters including pre-transaction planning, complex wealth transfer strategies and key growth initiatives.

Chris is credentialed as a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®). A graduate of the University of North Carolina Charlotte, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Leadership and has a Minor in Sociology. In his free time Chris serves as the President of the board at the Alice Aycock Poe Center for Health Education, the development chair and board member of the WakeMed Foundation and helps coaching his kids various sports teams.
