We look forward to helping you host your event at our Comerica Community Space. To get you started, we’ve put together a list of answers to questions you may have about amenities, reservations, cancellations and more.

FAQs

Our furniture is designed for maximum flexibility. Feel free to move it around however you need to. Here are some suggestions:

  • Auditorium/theater style – Chairs only, facing the “front” of the room. There may or may not be a center aisle, depending on the number of chairs needed.
  • Classroom style – Tables set up with chairs facing the “front” of the room.
  • Boardroom/conference style – One large table (or several tables pushed together to make one large table) with chairs set up around the table.
  • Pod/cluster style – Chairs set around tables, in small groups.

Please note: For your safety and for the protection of the equipment, a minimum of two people are needed to move the café-style tables, and the TV should not be moved.

There are additional tables and chairs available in the back room. Please let us know if you need more furniture or if you need any help moving the furniture. We are happy to assist.

  1. From the available Wi-Fi networks, choose “Comerica WIFI.” (Do not choose “guest.”)
  2. Your phone will open an internet page where you will agree to the terms and conditions. (If your phone doesn’t automatically open a web page, you will need to open your internet browser where the Comerica terms and conditions page will load.)
  3. Accept the terms, and Wi-Fi will be connected.

Yes, restroom access is available at all locations.  

Pens, paper and highlighters are available. We encourage you to bring any additional materials you may need. If there are items you have forgotten, please let us know and we can recommend convenient resources in the community. 

Yes! We encourage you to visit the space in advance of your reservation to ensure a good fit for your event. Additionally, plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to make sure the room is exactly as you would like it to be. Also, feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions in advance.

Availability will depend on the location. The Lovers-Devonshire location offers a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, two microwaves, a sink, a dishwasher, an ice machine and a hot water machine to facilitate a catering option. Please let us know in advance if you will need additional space in the refrigerator. As a reminder, plates, napkins and flatware are not provided. 

Yes. We will help facilitate whatever arrangements you would like to make. Additionally, the Lovers-Devonshire location offers a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, two microwaves, a sink, a dishwasher, an ice machine and a hot water machine to facilitate a catering option. Please let us know in advance if you will need additional space in the refrigerator. As a reminder, plates, napkins and flatware are not provided.

Each Community Space comes equipped with:

  • TV monitor for video conferencing
  • Sound bar*
  • Wireless microphone
  • Cables for connecting to Comerica’s host computer, as needed

*Volume controls are wall-mounted for the user’s preference. Please let us know if you need any assistance.

As a visitor of Comerica Bank, please feel free to park in any of our designated spaces. We ask that you not block drive-through lanes, and we also ask that you are sensitive to any restrictions our neighbors may have about designated spaces. Please contact us if you have questions.

No need to do anything other than to dispose of any trash in the available receptacles. Our team will make sure the room is returned to its original state.
