Get everyone together to host meetings, events and more for your small business or nonprofit for FREE. Comerica Community Space can accommodate up to 40 people with a flexible floor plan, kitchenette, large digital monitors for video conferencing, secure access to the internet, printers, coffee and water.

CoWorkSpaces is available for reservation 30 minutes after banking center or CoWorkSpaces-only location opening until 30 minutes before closing. Some locations may close for the lunch hour.

Businesses where a Comerica employee has ownership in the business are not eligible to use Comerica CoWorkSpaces.
Use of Comerica CoWorkSpaces is subject to availability on a first come, first served basis and requires an active Comerica business checking account and a physical business location within the state of Texas.
If required by applicable law, we will report the free office space benefit as income to the tax authorities, which could result in federal, state or local tax obligations.
