Being a Force For Good in our community has always been a priority with Comerica. That's why we've transformed a portion of our Dallas banking center at 5647 W. Lovers Lane into Community Space for local nonprofits.

All the amenities. All for free.

Community Space offers all you need for a successful meeting. The flexible floor plan can accommodate up to 40 people and includes large digital monitors for video conferencing, printers, and secure access to the internet. Coffee, water and a kitchenette area are also included.

Whether it’s planning for your next big fundraiser or celebrating the goals you’ve reached, your nonprofit is welcome here. In fact, Community Space is open to any local nonprofit, whether you’re a current customer or not.

All benefits offered through Comerica SmallBizCo-op® and Comerica CoWorkSpaces® require an active Comerica business checking account and a physical business location within the state of Texas. These benefits are free exclusively for Comerica small business customers - no payment or donation of any kind to Comerica Bank is necessary. Opportunities are subject to availability by online reservation on a first come, first served basis.

If required by applicable law we will report the free marketing, free tickets and/or free office space benefit as income to the tax authorities which could result in federal, state or local tax obligations.

Comerica reserves the right to terminate or modify Comerica SmallBizCo-op®, Comerica CoWorkSpaces® and/or Comerica ShredSite® at any time without notice. Other limitations and restrictions may apply.

Eligible small businesses include Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies (LLC), Corporations and Nonprofits. Small businesses are defined as those businesses engaged in commercial, industrial, or professional activities. Organizations or entities serving political purposes or offices, including, without limitation, campaign committees, are not eligible for this program.

Only one registration per small business customer is allowed, unless explicitly noted otherwise. For affiliated businesses, Comerica reserves the right to limit participation to one affiliate. Employees of Comerica Bank are not eligible to participate. Businesses where a Comerica employee has ownership in the business are not eligible for the free sports tickets and free marketing components of Comerica SmallBiz-Co-op.

Participant may use and occupy the premises during the term of use for general office use only and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of Comerica; provided, however, in addition to such limitation on use, in no event shall participant use or occupy any part of the premises for any banking or financial services or activities (including without limitation, retail banking, commercial banking, automated teller machine, securities brokerage, insurance, and/or trust activities, and/or retirement services and/or investment banking and/or advisory services, and/or any other use or services customarily engaged in or provided by a bank or other financial institution)
