Free Media & Marketing Requirements
The media and marketing offer under the Comerica SmallBizCo-op program is a free offer exclusively for Comerica small business customers - no payment or donation of any kind to Comerica Bank is necessary to register for free media and marketing support.
If required by applicable law we will report the free marketing benefit as income to the tax authorities which could result in federal, state or local tax obligations.
Eligibility: To be eligible, small businesses must have:
1) An active Comerica business checking account; 2) register with the email address associated with your business checking account; and 3) a physical business location within the state of Texas.
Eligible small businesses include Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies (LLC), Corporations and Nonprofits. Small businesses are defined as those businesses engaged in commercial, industrial, or professional activities. Organizations or entities serving political purposes or offices, including, without limitation, campaign committees, are not eligible for this program. Other restrictions may apply. Only one registration per business customer is allowed. For affiliated businesses, Comerica reserves the right to limit participation to one affiliate. Employees of Comerica Bank are not eligible to participate.
Advertising limitations: Due to contractual exclusivities for certain teams and their radio partners, businesses falling within the following industry categories cannot be chosen for live read radio:
1) Dallas Hockey: Airline, Auto, Beer, Bottled Water, Bourbon, Children’s Health, Coffee, Convenience Store, Credit Card, Dental, Digital Lottery, Energy, Health, Mobile Provider, Residential Realty, Sweet & Salty Snacks.
2) Dallas Basketball: Airlines, Auto (Domestic & Import), Auto (Luxury), Banking/Financial Services, Beer, Credit Card, Crypto, Dental, Energy, Grills & Smokers, Grocery, High Speed Internet, Home Security, Hospital, Isotonic Sports Drink, Legal, Lottery, Mattress, Memorabilia, Office Products - Paper/Equipment, Online Travel Booking, Pizza, Real Estate Agency, Restoration – Commercial Residential, Retirement Planning, Satellite Cable TV, Soft Drink(s), Sporting Goods, Tax Filing, Tax Reduction Company, Timepieces (watches), Water, Wireless, Communication, Veterinarian Services, Vodka

The determination of whether a business falls within an Excluded Industry Category will be in Comerica’s sole discretion.
Program Opportunities: Media program opportunities (live read radio) will be assigned to eligible registered businesses by Comerica in its sole discretion. While Comerica will attempt to secure a marketing opportunity under the SmallBizCo-op program for each eligible small business customer that is interested, Comerica cannot guarantee the placement or timing of opportunities, or that all marketing opportunities will be of equivalent value. Businesses are limited to 1 radio ad placement over the life of the Comerica SmallBizCo-op program.
Promotional Offers: Although not required for eligibility or participation in the Comerica SmallBizCo-op program, businesses participating may include promotional offers (e.g., discounts) in their advertising, including offers designated exclusively for Comerica Bank customers. All advertisements and offers are subject to reasonable review and approval by Comerica. Comerica reserves the right to reject any proposed advertising deemed to be in violation of state or federal laws or regulations or Comerica’s advertising policies.
Consent to use Business Customer Name: Each participating small business customer consents to Comerica’s use, including in connection with promoting Comerica’s products and services, of customers name, likeness and images, proprietary logos, trademarks, copyrighted material or other intellectual property, and any related information submitted by the business during program registration. Each small business customer represents and warrants that all advertising content submitted to Comerica has been reviewed and approved by the business customer, and the business customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold Comerica harmless with respect to any errors or other liability arising directly or indirectly from advertising received through the Comerica SmallBizCo-op program.
The free sports ticket offer under the Comerica SmallBizCo-op program is a free offer exclusively for Comerica small business customers - no payment or donation of any kind to Comerica Bank is necessary to request free sports tickets for 1 game. Businesses are limited to 1 request for sports tickets during a year (rolling 12 months).
If required by applicable law we will report the free tickets benefit as income to the tax authorities which could result in federal, state or local tax obligations.

Tickets to individual team home games are subject to availability depending on requests received for each game date during the season. Game tickets and parking passes are subject to availability by online reservation on a first come, first served basis. Ticketmaster app (Dallas hockey and basketball) or MLB app (Texas Rangers) and account will be required to receive digital tickets. We reserve the right to change or end this program at any time.
