What is it?

Apple Pay is a mobile payment technology that allows you to make secure purchases with your Comerica Debit or Credit Card with just one touch of your Apple^® device. With Apple Pay, you can make secure payments without:

• Carrying your card with you
• Revealing your card number to merchants
• Swiping your card

Where does it work?

You can make secure purchases in stores, in apps, and on the web. Just look for the contactless payment icons at checkout.

And now you can send and receive money from friends and family right in Messages with Apple Pay Cash.

How do I pay?

To pay in stores, hold your iPhone^® near the reader with your finger on Touch ID^®. On Apple Watch^®, just double-click the side button and hold Apple Watch up to the reader.

To pay in apps and on the web with iPhone and iPad^®, select Apple Pay as the payment method and place your finger on Touch ID. On Mac^® in Safari^®, choose Apple Pay then complete the purchase on your iPhone or Apple Watch.

How is my information protected?

Your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac contain a unique device-only ID number for your purchases, and each purchase requires your unique fingerprint for authorization. This secure technology offers you peace of mind because:

• No card number or personal information is shared with merchants.
• Your transaction information isn’t stored by Apple.
• Your debit card account number is not stored on your device.
• You will continue to enjoy the fraud protection your Comerica Debit or Credit Card offers.

How do I add my card?

To add Apple Pay on iPhone, Apple Watch or iPad, simply follow these steps:

iPhone

1. Open the Wallet app.
2. Tap the plus sign in the upper-right corner.
3. Enter your card’s security code to add your Comerica Debit or Credit Card from your iTunes^® account. Or, select “Add a different card” and use your camera to enter the card information.

Apple Watch

1. Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Tap “Wallet & Apple Pay” and select “Add a Credit or Debit Card.”
3. Enter your card’s security code to add your Comerica Debit or Credit Card from your iTunes account. Or, select “Add a different card” and use your camera to enter the card information.

iPad

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap “Wallet & Apple Pay” and select “Add Credit or Debit Card.”
3. Enter your card’s security code to add your Comerica Debit or Credit Card from your iTunes account. Or, select “Add a different card” and use your camera to enter the card information.

Note: Some cardholders may be instructed to complete the verification process via phone or by inputting an activation code sent via text message or email.

Make Your Comerica Debit or Credit Card Top of Wallet:

If you have other cards loaded to Apple Pay, you can make your Comerica Debit or Credit Card your default card (“Top of Wallet”) by doing the following:

1. Once your debit or credit card has been added to Apple Pay, go to “Settings.”
2. Select “Wallet & Apple Pay.”
3. Scroll down to “Default Card,” then “Select” your Comerica Debit of Credit Card and a check mark will appear. Your debit or credit card will now appear first when you make a transaction.

(Note: Apple Watch must be updated separately through the Watch app in your phone, following the same steps.)
