Our cash vault services minimize trips to the banking center and eliminate security concerns for transporting large sums of money. By providing a centralized vault location, processing cash deposits and orders for your multilocation business is easier, too.

Our cash vault services require the use of an armored courier service. For added security, tracking of all deposits and orders are recorded by both the bank and the courier. Cash orders are filled by calling an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system and may be scheduled to recur regularly as your needs dictate.


You can save time by setting up a standing order. It’s simple and convenient. Arrangements can be made with an armored courier service and Comerica to deliver the type and amount of coin and currency needed, and we will automatically send it to your specified location. Additional orders can be placed by simply calling our toll-free number.


Our cash vault services offer a number of features that can be tailored to meet your specific requirements:

  • Orders and deposit schedules can be customized to fit your needs, with processing daily, weekly, or on any schedule you request
  • Email alert notifications enable you to easily see the final status of your cash order
  • Order limits are established on a per location basis to accommodate the security requirements of your business
  • Online reporting is available through Information Reporting services, and faxed reports can be consolidated to a central location or reported individually to each location
