What is the safest, most secure way of receiving my monthly pension payment?

Establish a direct deposit of your benefit payment to your checking or savings account. The payment will automatically be deposited into your account on the payment date.

How do I sign up for direct deposit of my pension payment?

Print the Agreement for Direct Deposit of Pension Benefit form (if you do not have access to a printer, you may also have the form mailed to you by calling 1-800-647-3674), fill out section 1 and take the form to your financial institution to fill out section 2. Fax or mail the completed form to Comerica.

My address of record has changed. How do I submit a change request to the Pension Services Department to make the change effective?

Fill out the Pension Change of Address form online, print the form (if you do not have access to a printer, you may also have the form mailed to you by calling 1-800-647-3674), sign the form, and mail or fax it back to Comerica.

How do I change my federal or state tax withholding deductions?

Fill out the appropriate tax form online and then print a copy.  Sign the form and mail it to Comerica.  Please note that we have only included the state of Michigan ’s State Tax Withholding Election Form.  To obtain a form for any other state or if you do not have access to a printer, call 1-800-647-3674 and a Comerica representative will assist you.

When will my tax form(s) be mailed out?

All 1099’s and W2’s will be in the mail no later than January 31st.  All 1042S’ will be in the mail no later than March 15th.

How do I request a duplicate or a prior year’s copy of my pension tax form?

Fill out the Prior Year’s Tax Form Re-print Request online.  When the request is submitted, it will automatically be received in the Pension Services Department for processing.

1) Call the Comerica Pension Services Department Call Center at 1 -800-647-3674.  Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.

 

2) Send correspondence to Comerica’s Pension Services Department by U.S. Mail to the address indicated in the previous question.
